Shipping Policy
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email to the email address you used during checkout. This will include your order number.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive another email with tracking information. If you've selected a tracked service, we will pass your information to the courier so you can receive detailed tracking information from them directly.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 28 days to return your items to us from the day that you received them. All items must be returned in their original packaging items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags.
If we feel the items are not in a saleable condition, we are at liberty to reject the returned items.
Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Underwear is non-returnable for hygiene reasons and in accordance with updated Covid-19 policy.

If we have issued a refund, please allow a few days before the payment appears on your statement as the merchandise will take a while before it gets back to the Gone Clear warehouse. Refunds will be issued back through the original payment method.
If you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and photographic evidence. Please do not return any faulty items unless advised to do so by customer service.
